During a 35 year career of owning and growing ski travel companies, I wanted to leverage our vendor relationships and vast knowledge of mountain resorts towards my other passion; golf. Mountain resort towns are my happy places. Why not be happy during the winter AND summer, bringing clients to the resorts I love.
Although I aspire to shoot regularly in the 70s, I’m content for now to be golfing in the Tucson, AZ region on average every other day.
I’ve golfed in Arizona, California , Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Zealand, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, and Panorama & Whistler/British Columbia.
I just shot my first hole-in-one at the Canoa Ranch Golf Resort in Green Valley, AZ June 7! As you might imagine, I’m even more driven now to get my 2nd😊

I grew up in Boulder, Colorado playing many sports, but hockey and lacrosse mostly. I went east to prep school at Kimball Union Academy in New Hampshire. I played hockey at Iowa State University, and am currently finishing my business degree at Metropolitan State University.
My first taste of golf was in 2007 in Orlando, FL at a Nick Faldo course. I played my first round with my dad at the tender age of 11.
I found a passion for golf while working in the ski travel industry, hosting groups at gorgeous resort locations across North America. MountainGolf was an idea shaped around bringing groups to mountain resorts, and having the opportunity to play some of the most amazing courses at altitude!
Favorite golf course: Starr Pass Golf Club, Tucson AZ
Go-to on course drink: Whiskey Coke
I grew up one of 6 kids in the suburbs of north Denver learning to ice skate and ski at a young age. Ice hockey took me around the country, living in Dallas, TX for two years during high school to play for a AAA program called the Ice Jets Academy. Now that competitive ice hockey is finished, I spend my year skiing and golfing when/where the weather permits.
I’ve held nearly every position available at golf courses, beginning in maintenance at age 16 mowing fairways and greens, to the cart barn, to the pro shop, and now part-time caddying at both Cherry Hills Country Club and Castle Pines Golf Club.
Best tip for the perfect golf vacation:
