Wouldn’t booking the trip on my own cost me less money?
Actually, no. Mountaingolf™ is a wholesaler. We get preferred deals on all your trip components. So we can afford to pass along savings to you, and still make a profit. Booking a trip with Mountaingolf™ is LESS expensive than if you booked the trip on your own.
Will Mountaingolf save me time arranging a trip for my group?
Yes. We do all the pricing and logistics work. All you need to do is send people to your customized registration site for them to register. Our customized registration platform offers you and your group a simple way for you to manage the trip, and a no-hassle way for your group to get trip details, register, and pay.
What golf components can you help us with?
We will work with you to pick the appropriate course(s), book the tee times, book rental clubs, arrange meals or post-round parties. ANYTHING you need or want is something we can help you with.
If we are golfing for more than one day, can you arrange for multiple days and courses?
Absolutely. There are some resorts/destinations we offer where we can arrange up to 6 days at 6 different courses. Just let us know if you want to play one course, or multiple courses.
If my group didn’t want a “mountain” destination, can you still help us?
Yes. Mountaingolf™ can plan a golf destination trip ANYWHERE. Hawaii, Mexico, Florida, Canada, Bermuda……no problem. But our “bread and butter” destinations are at mountain resorts and Arizona.
Do you sell individual trip components? Could we just buy airfare, or lodging, or green fees as stand-alone items?
No, Mountaingolf™ sells packages that include at least 2 trip components. Could be just lodging and green fees. Or just lodging and airfare.
Is there any benefit I get if I get a group together?
Yes. It is typical that you earn 1 complimentary package for every 25 people in your group.
Is it possible to have non-golfers in the group?
Absolutely. Mountaingolf™ can create an itinerary for any non-golfers you may have. Non-golf activities could include spa services, sightseeing, shopping, ropes course, rafting, jeep tours, historical tours, tennis, biking.
Can you help us with airfare?
Yes. Mountaingolf™ has relationships with the group departments of major airlines. Let us book and quote you 10+ seats from any departure city.
What if some in our group wanted rentals cars, and others wanted airport shuttles?
We can make arrangements for both.
What if some members in our group wanted to arrive early, or depart after the main group?
We can make arrangements for pre and post stay travelers.
